WAPDA Cadet College Tarbela has proven itself as premier residential institution of the country in a short time. Located in the picturesque Tarbela Valley, on the bank of river Indus, surrounded by the lush green hills and turquoise lakes of Tarbela Dam, the serene and invigorating environs of the College provide an ideal, safe and revitalizing climate for the energetic souls to blossom all facets of their personality development to fullest.

The mission of the College is to equip our students with the highest standards of academic excellence, along with a strong emphasis on instilling high moral standards, intellectual curiosity, physical robustness and agility. Academic excellence is the hallmark of the College mission and is vigorously pursued through dedicated efforts of our competent teaching staff, supplemented by the state-of-art learning aids and labs. On the co-curricular side, the sprawling playgrounds and clubs of the College remained bustling throughout the academic calendar with a vast array of sports and other activities to nuture a positive spirit of competition among cadets and channelize exuberant energies of the blooming age into meaningful outcomes. we spare no efforts to train our students to become responsible citizens and productive member of the society and prepare them for their future leadership role, by equipping them with requisite intellectual acumen and strength of character.

I am confident to say that our efforts have been quite fruitful and we were able to obtain encouraging results in the form of multi-dimensional excellence of our cadets, as envisioned in our mission. Our alumni today are shining in all walks of life, including the Armed Forces of Pakistan and many other fields in the country and even abroad.
